Monitoring system usage

Super administrators can view the system usage and monitor how much of the system content is actively used.

To see these statistics, select Administration > Admin Console. The following table defines these statistics.

KPI	Description
Users	Monitors the number of registered users versus the number of licensed users, allowing the administrator to see how close they are to the license limit. When less than 5% of the users are available on the license, the number is highlighted with red.
Unique Logins	Monitors the number of unique user logins in the last 30 days, allowing you to see how the system traffic is tracking.
Dashboards	Monitors the number of unique dashboard tabs accessed each day for the last 30 days versus the total number of active tabs available. When less than 50% of dashboards are used, they are highlighted with red. When more than 75% are used, they are highlighted with blue.
Reports	Monitors the number of unique reports accessed each day for the last 30 days versus the total number of active reports available.
