Defining a Smart Reporting administrator for the default client organization

The IT Service Management (ITSM) multicompany onboarding method creates a customerName_default Client Org. Any user without a Company defined in their People record (created in Remedy AR System User form), is added to the default Client Org. However, none of the users have Remedy Smart Reporting administrator rights.

If the managing company wants to define a Remedy Smart Reporting administrator, the company must do so manually.

Note

  • For ITSM multi-company onboarding, ensure that the user to which you want to provide admin access to Remedy Smart Reporting, is also present in the the CTM:People form of Remedy AR System.
  • Do not add the same user in multiple client organizations. The User sync utility deletes the user from all client organizations and adds the user back only in the organization which is associated with the user record in Remedy AR System.
