System requirements for Smart IT

Before you install the product, make sure that your environment meets the hardware and software requirements, as described in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite compatibility matrix . To understand the different architecture layers, the basic deployment model, and alternative deployment options available in Remedy, see Remedy On-Premises solution architecture .
