Troubleshooting issues in Risk Factors Template

After you specify all the mandatory fields on the Risk Factors Template form and click Save, an error message is displayed.

Issue symptom

On the Risk Factors Template form, the following error message is displayed:

You must create at least one Answer choice (ARERR 48136)

Issue scope

On the Risk Factor Template form, you enter the data in all the mandatory fields but you do not select a value from Locale (which is not a mandatory field), and then click Save.

Workaround

Perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Enter the values in the mandatory fields.
2. From Locale, select the required language.
3. Click Add/Modify.
4. Click Save.
