    My company recently purchased this suite and I'm responsible for making sure everyone is completing their pre-deployment training as directed. I would LOVE to have individual PDFs of the exercises, to be used as a gauge of how much my folks really focused on their training and studies. Exercises such as Adding an Incident, Problem, or Service Request and then closing it out. Also, adding an Asset, Configuring relationships, approving change requests and developing and/or editing/publishing Knowledge Articles. Does this already exist somewhere?

      Thanks a lot for your comment. All of these topics are already there in this space. You can search the specific topics in this space or you can expand and check the Table of Content in the left side of this page. You can also navigate through the HOME page:

      After opening the specific topic, you can export it to PDF output by following these steps:

      (For example: Creating incidents, service requests, and work orders

      Click Tools > Click Export to PDF.
