19.02.01: Patch 1 for version 19.02

Updates

Remedy with Smart IT 19.02.01: Patch 1 contains the fixes for the Smart IT functionality. For information about the defects fixed in this patch, see Known and corrected issues.

Additionally, the following enhancements are done in this patch:

• Thumbnails are removed from most of the list items, for better performance.
• Smart Recorder has been enhanced so that users can set the second user as the customer by using the newly introduced configuration parameter, smartRecorderSetSecondPersonAsCustomer. For more information, see Centralized configuration.
• By using the newly introduced autoTriggerChangeCollisionForCIsUpto configuration parameter, users can limit the number of CIs related to a change request for which automated collision detection is triggered. For more information, see Centralized configuration.

iOS push notifications in Remedy with Smart IT

The Apple Push Notification service (APNs) will no longer support the legacy binary protocol after March 31, 2021. As a result, iOS push notifications in Smart IT version 19.02 or earlier will not work after March 31, 2021. To keep receiving iOS push notifications, we recommend that you upgrade Smart IT to 19.02 Patch 1 (19.02.01) or later.
