18.05.002: Patch 2 for version 18.05

Notes

  • A more recent patch, 18.05.005: Patch 5 for version 18.05 is released and it is a cumulative patch. Please ignore this patch and directly apply 18.05.005: Patch 5 for version 18.05.
  • The Remedy with Smart IT Patch 002 for Remedy AR System, and BMC Service Level Management (SLM) deploys both Patch 001, and Patch 002 instead of skipping Patch 001. This happens only when you rerun the 18.05 installer to install additional languages. The SHARE:Application_Properties form shows the version as 18.05 for AR System, and SLM. Although this does not cause any disruption in the functionality, BMC recommends that before applying the Smart IT Patch 002, you must manually change the Version property in the SHARE:Application_Properties form to 18.05.01 for AR System and SLM.
