BMC Remedy with Smart IT 1.2 Planning

Location map requirements

After installing or upgrading to BMC Remedy with Smart IT, location maps will not appear without further action on your part.

In order to display location maps, follow the procedures in Enabling a maps license to obtain and enable a supported maps license.
