F5 load-balancer configuration
The following tables list the F5 load-balancer configuration settings used during the performance benchmark testing. The F5 version is BIG-IP 11.4.1 Build 637.0 Hotfix HF3 .
The load balancer was set up with two pools: one for BMC Remedy with Smart IT and another for BMC Atrium Single Sign-On servers.
