Running a post-installation health check

You can use the Health Check tab that is part of the BMC Remedy AR System Maintenance Tool to run a post-installation health check on your files. The health check validates whether or not your system is in a healthy state and reports on any parts of the product that are broken.

This health check uses a build of materials (BOM) file from BMC Service Level Management to perform a comparison and verify that the application forms and workflows that you chose to install were installed properly.
