BMC Atrium Product Catalog

Any application (BMC or non-BMC) can use the Product Catalog to identify a single name for a software application and its versions, which in turn supports license compliance and provisioning.

The Product Catalog is used to normalize discovered data, both the name and categorization of software products. The Product Catalog must be installed before you install any BMC Remedy IT Service Management applications.

Note

BMC Atrium Product Catalog is not required for BMC Service Level Management.
