Using BMC SLM with BMC Performance Manager Portal

This section is for the BMC Service Level Management (BMC SLM) integration with BMC Service Impact Manager (BMC SIM) 7.3.00 or earlier and BMC Performance Manager Portal versions up to 2.8.55. For the BMC ProactiveNet and BMC SLM integration, see the BMC ProactiveNet documentation.


You can access BMC SLM from the BMC Performance Manager Portal using either the BMC Impact Explorer, the BMC Impact Service Model Editor, or the Compliance Defaults button on BMC Performance Manager Portal. You can access the service level agreements pages, the service targets pages, or the dashboards.
