Configuring agreements

BMC Service Level Management administrators can configure agreements so that compliance relationships exist between agreements and dependent SLAS, OLAs, or UCs. If the percentage compliance for the agreement is 90 percent, the dependent SLAs, OLAs, and UCs must be 90 percent compliant also. For more information, see the following topics:
