Introducing the Service Level Management Console

The Service Level Management Console is the starting point in the application. You can use this console to perform all BMC Service Level Management (BMC SLM) tasks, which include creating, modifying, and deleting agreements and service targets, generating reports, creating contracts, and using the dashboards. Before you start using BMC SLM, familiarize yourself with the Service Level Management Console and basic navigation functions. 

The console has the following main tabs:
