After installing the application, you must download and apply the latest application patches.
To download the patches
- Log on to the Customer Support website: http://www.bmc.com/support .
To download patches, you must have a support contract.
- Click Product Downloads, Patches, and Fixes.
- In Remedy Heritage Products, visit the Patch Download site. Under Product Patches, click Patch Download.
- In the Product field, select BMC Service Level Management.
- In the Version field, select your BMC SLM version.
- Click Search to display available patches.
- Download and apply the latest patch.
