Registered members of the community can take part in on-going discussions or start new discussions where they can ask questions, seek advice, or share information.

To register as a member

  1. Go to https://communities.bmc.com/communities/community/bmcdn/bmc_it_service_support/incident_and_problem_process_management.
    The Incident and Problem Processes community page opens.
  2. At the top of the page, click Register.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
