This documentation supports the 19.11 version of Remedy Service Desk, which is available only to BMC Helix subscribers (SaaS).

Updating assignment availability

Your assignment availability status indicates whether you are available to accept work assignments. If your status is Yes, you are available. If your status is No, you are not available. 

You can quickly update your status using the My Profile function. If you have management level permissions, you can also update the status of the people in the support group that you manage.

To update assignment availability

  1. From the Navigation pane, choose Functions > My Profile.
  2. From the Assignment Availability menu, choose the status you want.
  3. Click Save.
