GetListOfRelatedIncidents function

The GetListOfRelatedIncidents function enables you to retrieve a list of related incidents

The following table lists the input values needed for this function:

This field is used only by the HelpDesk_QueryList_ Service operation.

The following table lists the output values in addition to the output values mentioned in the Output values table in HelpDesk_Query_Service and HelpDesk_QueryList_Service functions:

The relationship type from the incident to its related record


The ID of the record related to the incident


The type of ticket related to the incident

    Hello. I have an Incident Search question related to Incident Relationships.

    I want to know if it's possible to create an ITSM Remedy Incident Management report for finding all Incidents in our ticketing system that have any "Relationships" added to them. The Relationship could be another Incident or an Infrastructure Change request.

    The "Search Incident" form does not seem to be able to include searching specifically for Incident tickets with related Incidents or Infrastructure Changes.

    Will this form on this page help me? How do I access this form to run the report I need?

      Hello Michael,

      Thank you for your query.

      You can use the Advanced Search in the Incident Console and use Search Incidents by Relationships to view all incidents that have a relationships added. Please see Searching for similar incident requests page for more information.
