Notification of EOL for Ivanti SDK 9.3 for Windows patching

TrueSight Server Automation uses a third-party utility (Ivanti) as part of its Windows patching feature.  Due to the EOL of the 9.3 version of this utility on December 31, 2024, BMC will no longer be able to provide updates or fixes to this version of the utility, which is used in TrueSight Server Automation versions earlier than 24.2.

BMC recommends upgrading to 24.2 or later to move to a supported version of the Ivanti SDK utility. TrueSight Server Automation versions 24.2 and later use Ivanti SDK 9.6 and remain fully supported.

Windows patching will continue to work for versions prior to  24.2 and will continue to receive patch metadata updates.
