Configuring Remedy SSO for authentication
Remedy Single Sign-On (Remedy SSO) can be configured to provide authentication using the following protocols:
- BMC Remedy AR System Server
- SAMLv2
- LDAP
- Kerberos (Service Pack 1)
- Certificate-based (Service Pack 1)
- Local User Management (Service Pack 3)
The following image shows end to end steps that you need to perform to configure any authentication in Remedy SSO.
The image shows the following steps:
- Configure the Remedy SSO server settings after you complete the installation of Remedy SSO application. This is a one time-activity. After configuring the server settings, you need not do it again when configuring.
- Configure a realm for which you want to configure an authentication method.
- For the configured realm, select and configure an appropriate authentication method.
- Configure the brand settings.

Hello, it would appear that most if not all of the links in the diagram are broken. I am getting the "resource has been deleted" message when I try to access them. Could they be restored, please?
Hello, Thank you for pointing this out. Will work on them and update you soon.
