Service Pack 3 provides the following enhancements:

Realm support for Local User Management

Updates in this service pack are as follows:

  • Mandates
    • Association of new local users and roles with a specified Realm.
    • Deletion of all local users and roles belonging to a realm, after deletion of that realm.

There are no changes for existing local users and roles after upgrade.

Localization support for end user pages

From this release, Remedy Single Sign-On (Remedy SSO) supports localization of the login and domain-entry pages.

The following languages are supported:

  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Italian
  • Spanish
  • Japanese
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Russian
  • Korean

LDAP groups support

From this release, Remedy SSO enables you to provide additional information about about LDAP users and groups. This information  can be used by an integrated application such as BMC Atrium Orchestrator for administration and authorization purposes.

Web agent enabling or disabling

You can enable or disable a web agent by adding options in the rsso-agent.properties file.
