This documentation supports the 19.11 version of BMC Remedy Single Sign-On, which is available only to BMC Helix subscribers (SaaS).

System requirements

Before you install Remedy Single Sign-On, ensure that your environment meets the hardware and software requirements described in this topic.

Hardware requirements

The Remedy SSO server must meet the following requirements:

  • The minimum available disk space on all operating systems must be 1024 MB.
  • An additional 7-10 GB of space is recommended for log file growth, depending on the volume of users and the products that are integrated with Remedy SSO.

Software requirements

Use the BMC SOLUTION AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY UTILITY (SPAC) to get the following software requirements:

  • Operating systems
  • Database requirements
  • Third-party prerequisites
  • Products compatibility

To access the product compatibility information on the Customer Support website, you must have a Support ID.

      This page along with the whole Planning, Installing, Upgrading sections have not been updated for 19.11 release. 

      19.11 was a SaaS release only and the installer was not provided. The compatibility information will be updated for 20.02 release.
