RSSO version 19.02 is not part of SPAC. There's a lack of information here.

      Hi Stefan,

      Thank you for your comment.

The SPAC page is now updated for RSSO 19.02. Here's the link for the same:

As nearly every other 19.02 announcement explicitly mentions the openjdk support and that is missing here, two questions arise. Is 19.02 compatible with openjdk 8/11.0.2 if it uses the Hotspot vm and not the OpenJ9 vm? If it's definetly not compatible or untested right now when will the support for openjdk be added?

Hi Vrishali, I based my design on your comment. But the docs still only refers to Oracle Java and spac also only lists Oracle Java. Can this be updated.

      Hello, Patrick!

Thank you for the question. We are sorry for the late reply.

This document has been recently updated with the certified list of supported Java. Please, check.

Returning back to your question. RSSO might work on OpenJDK9, but it is not certified and will not be certified as Java 9 is not Long Term Support release.

      Hello, Cassie Derrick ,

The Remedy SSO server must meet the following requirements:

      • The minimum available disk space on all operating systems must be 1024 MB or higher.
      • An additional 7-10 GB of space is recommended for log file growth, depending on the volume of users and products integrating with the Remedy SSO server.

The HDD requirements mentioned here are calculated based on the space needed for the Remedy SSO database.

The sizing requirements are a part of the solution sizing requirements, described on this page:

      Hello, Cassie!

We are sorry for the late reply. You might have already seen other replies on this page. The sizing requirements fully depend on the sizing of the solution.

This page and the compatibility matrix page provide all the required information to install a minimum environment for Remedy SSO.

It would be helpful to have an estimate of the database size required based on environment size. I assume the size is minimal, but it would be good from a planning standpoint to have this confirmed.

It might help if you separated the two like on other requirement listings to specify how much HDD space should be allocated for the SSO server file system and how much for the database files (which will likely be on a different, shared server).
