Rebranding the end user login page

As a Remedy SSO administrator, when you have fully configured a realm for authentication, you can change default branding of the Remedy SSO login page in accordance with your company standards and requirements. Remedy SSO login page is displayed to end users when they log in to any of the applications belonging to the same realm.

Note

You do not need to rebrand the login page if a realm is configured only for one of the following authentication methods: Cert, Kerberos, Preauth, SAML, and OpenID Connect. If these authentication methods are a part of the authentication chain, you can rebrand the login page.

To rebrand the end user login page

  1. Log in to Remedy SSO Admin Console.

  2. Click the Realm tab.

  3. In the left navigation panel of the Add Realm or Edit Realm page, click Branding to add branding details.

    Customize Login Page

    Customizes the login page.

    Once you select this option, the Preview button is enabled.

    Window Title

    Enter a title of the browser window.

    Product Name

    Enter a name of the product.

    Company Logo

    Click the pencil icon to change the company logo, and upload an image which satisfies the following requirements:

    • The maximum image resolution must be 240 x 60 pixels.
    • The proportion of the width/height must be 4:1.

    Background Image

    Click the pencil icon to change the background image, and upload an image which satisfies the following requirements:

    • The maximum image resolution must be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
    • The proportion of the width/height must be 16:9.
    Extended Login page information (html)You can add HTML related rebranding to the end user login page by using the allowed HTML tags: <a>, <b>, <blockquote>, <br>, <cite>, <code>, <dd>, <dl>, <dt>, <em>, <i>, <li>, <ol>, <p>, <pre>, <q>, <small>, <span>, <strike>, <strong>, <sub>, <sup>, <u>, <ul>.


  4. Click Preview to see the preview of the login page.
  5. Click Add or Save.

When you save the changes, the new branding options will be displayed on the end user login page.
