The uninstallation of Remedy Single Sign-On and other components cannot be performed by using the uninstall option. Hence, you must uninstall Remedy SSO and other components manually.
Perform the following steps to uninstall Remedy SSO:
- Stop the Tomcat server on which Remedy SSO is installed.
- Remove the <tomcat_folder>/webapps/rsso folder.
<tomcat_folder> is the directory path on the server where Tomcat is installed.
- Remove the <remedysso_installation_folder> folder.
<remedysso_installation_folder> is the directory path on the server where Remedy SSO is installed.
- Delete all Remedy SSO tables from the database.
Where to go from here
If you have BMC applications integrated with Remedy SSO, you must manually remove the integration between Remedy SSO from these applications.
