Remedy Single Sign-On Launchpad

BMC plans to stop supporting the Remedy Single Sign-On Launchpad capabilities. This change will be effective when customers upgrade their Remedy Single Sign-On to version 22.2 or later. The Remedy Single Sign-On Launchpad capabilities will be superseded by BMC Helix Portal. BMC Helix Portal is a set of integrated BMC Helix products from a single, unified view for an improved end-user experience. Users can easily navigate between applications without the need for separate authentication or integration.

Remedy Single Sign-On installer

Post 20.02 release, Remedy Single Sign-On moved to containerized deployment of the application, which eliminated the need to use the Remedy Single Sign-On installer. BMC plans to deprecate the Remedy Single Sign-On installer in version 22.2 and later.
