This documentation supports the 20.02 version of Remedy Single Sign-On.

To view an earlier version, select the version from the Product version menu.

Developing

Remedy Single Sign-On provides REST API endpoints for OAuth 2.0. The OAuth 2.0 endpoints provide details of tokens and authorization information. For information about OAuth endpoints, see OAuth 2.0 endpoints.

Note

To call for the Remedy SSO REST endpoints from any other application that can call the endpoints with valid data, you must have the admin_token and rsso_token (end-user) tokens.
