Importing data by using Pentaho packages
BMC Remedyforce provides Pentaho packages for importing data from various external sources, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, LDAP server, and Dell KACE.

The Pentaho package to import data from the following packages is now deprecated and will no longer be available after the BMC Helix Remedyforce Winter 20 release.
