Remedyforce administration
Allowing clients to view Configuration Items and Assets
For Experience Cloud Sites and Lightning app pages, as a Remedyforce administrator, you can configure the existing View My Assets component and allow clients to view information relating to Configuration Items and Assets.
- Clients can Submit a Ticket or view Related Tickets.
- The ticket submitted through this option will automatically linked to that CI.
- The Related Tickets option displays tickets linked to the same CI, opened by the same client and other clients.
- Clients can filter tickets based on the status.

Allowing clients to view current and planned service outages
For Experience Cloud Sites and Lightning app pages, as a Remedyforce administrator, you can configure the existing View Service Health component and allow users to view the current and future service outages.
- Users can filter list of outages based on the status of the outage.
- Users can access each record to view the details of the service outage.
