Accessing My Dashboard and QuickViews in the Remedyforce Console
You can use the dashboard and QuickViews in the Remedyforce Console to view a consolidated list of all your assigned records and other key data. The View menu in the Remedyforce Console displays the My Dashboard, Shared QuickViews, and My QuickViews options only if your system administrator has enabled the dashboard and QuickViews in the Remedyforce Console.

The My QuickViews option is available in the View menu only if at least one of the following additional conditions is met:
- Your system administrator has given you permission to manage your own QuickViews.
- Your system administrator has not given you permission to manage QuickViews, but you have previously created QuickViews from the Remedyforce Console or Remedyforce Dashboard tab. In this case, the create, edit, copy, and delete icons are not displayed for the My QuickViews option.
To access My Dashboard and QuickViews in the Remedyforce Console
- Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
From the View menu, select the appropriate option:
Option Description Additional information My Dashboard Enables you to view all the work assigned to you, and other key data, in the form of QuickViews.
Customizing My Dashboard in the Remedyforce Console My QuickViews Enables you to access all QuickViews created by you.
If your system administrator has given you the appropriate permissions, you can also create, copy, share, and delete your QuickViews.
Working with QuickViews in the Remedyforce Console
Shared QuickViews Enables you to access out-of-the-box QuickViews and the QuickViews that are shared by the system administrator and other users.
If your system administrator has given you the appropriate permissions, you can also copy the shared QuickViews.
