Verifying the installation

When a package is installed in Salesforce, an entry of the package is added in the Installed Packages table.

To verify the installation

1. Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages.
2. In the Installed Packages table, check that an entry exists for BMC Remedyforce.
   For example, the following figure shows the version number of the installed BMC Remedyforce package on a Salesforce organization.
