Check the following points:
|No demo data is available in the Developer or Developer Pro sandbox and on the Getting Started tab, it is shown that demo data already exists.||When you create a sandbox (Developer or Developer Pro) from your production organization, demo data or smart practices data is not copied to the sandbox. To populate demo or smart practice data after creating the sandbox, click the Remedyforce Administration tab and then click the Getting Started tab. Now, the options to populate demo or smart practice data are shown.|
|While populating the demo data, you receive the ||Clear the Use Organization’s default business hours to calculate the Due Date check box on the Remedyforce Administration > Application Settings > General Application Settings page.|
