The languages that are not supported in BMC Remedyforce out of the box are listed as not applicable in the table. You can localize BMC Remedyforce for these languages only if they are supported by the Translation Workbench. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.

Note

The BMC MyIT Administration Console is not localized.

  • For data, localize BMC Remedyforce.
  • For the UI, localize various components of BMC MyIT.
    For more information, see Localizing titles and messages topic in the BMC MyIT documentation.
  • Configure the client language on the Client page in BMC Remedyforce as the required language.
  • Configure the language of the browser or mobile device as the required language.

Note: If the language of the client browser or mobile device is different from the language configured for the client on the Clients page in BMC Remedyforce, the BMC MyIT UI is localized in the language of the browser or mobile device.|
