Enabling a non-administrator user to approve the incident record
To enable a non-administrator user to approve the incident record, you must modify the settings for the workflow approval process.
- Log on to the BMC Remedyforce as an administrator user.
- Navigate to Setup > Create > Workflow & Approvals > Approval Processes.
- Select Incident from the Manage Approval Processes For picklist.
- In the Active Approval Processes section, click the required Approval Process Name.
- In the Final Approval Actions section beside Record Lock, click Edit.
- Select the Unlock the record for editing check box.
- Click Save.
