Email templates to collect client feedback

The following email templates are available:

  • Feedback email template with images--The feedback email notifies the client that the incident is closed and contains images that represent the feedback options. The system administrator uploads the images to be used as the feedback options. Clients must click Download Pictures in the feedback email to view these images if they have not configured their email client to download images. For example, the feedback email might contain a thumbs up image to represent the Satisfied with the solution option and the thumbs down image to represent the Not satisfied with the solution option.
  • Feedback email template with links--The feedback email notifies the client that the incident is closed and contains the Satisfied with the solution link and the Not satisfied with the solution link. The client can click the required link to provide feedback.
  • Incident Template For Submit Feedback Notification When Incident Is Closed -- The feedback email notifies the client that the incident is closed and contains the summary of the incident along with a hyperlink to provide feedback. The clients can click the survey link in the email message and provide their feedback.
  • Notification email template--The feedback email notifies the client that the incident is closed.
