Editing a service request

If your system administrator has enabled editing of submitted service requests, you will get the Edit button on the Service Request page. You can edit a service request only if no approval is needed or all approvals for the service requests are rejected and the fulfillment process of the service request has not started.

After editing the service request, submit the service request again.
