Deleting records

If you do not need the records, you can delete the records that you had created earlier.

To delete a record

  1. Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
  2. From the View menu, select the appropriate module, such as Incidents.
  3. From the list of records, select the check box for the required record, and click Delete.
    To delete multiple records, select the check boxes for all the records that you want to delete.
  4. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
