Copying and deleting QuickViews in the Remedyforce Console
To create a QuickView that is similar to another QuickView (out of the box, shared by others, or created by you), you can copy that QuickView. Using the QuickView wizard, you can modify the copied QuickView and then save it with a unique name. This new QuickView is displayed in the My QuickViews option of the Views menu in the Remedyforce Console. You can also delete QuickViews that you have created when you no longer need to use them.
Note
You can copy and delete QuickViews only if your system administrator has given you the appropriate permissions. Also, you cannot delete out-of-the-box QuickViews or QuickViews that are shared by the system administrator or other users. To copy a QuickView in the Remedyforce Console
- Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
From the View menu, select My QuickViews or Shared QuickViews.
- For the QuickView that you want to copy, click
. - In the Add query box, type a unique name for the QuickView, and click OK.
- In the QuickView Editor - QuickViewName tab on the Remedyforce Console, modify the QuickView based on your requirements.

The QuickView is displayed in the My QuickViews option of the View menu.
To delete a QuickView from the Remedyforce Console
- Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
From the View menu, select My QuickViews.
- For the QuickView that you want to delete, click

If you delete a QuickView that was selected for the dashboard, the deleted QuickView is removed from the dashboard only after you reopen the My Dashboard tab.
