Configuring BMC Remedyforce in a Developer or Developer Pro sandbox organization
When you create a Developer or Developer Pro sandbox organization from the production environment, out-of-the-box data such as Actions, Categories, and Navigators is not populated automatically. This data is created only when the Remedyforce Administration page is loaded for the first time. Therefore, BMC recommends that you first click the Remedyforce Administration tab and not navigate to any other page until the Remedyforce Administration page is loaded completely. The initial load might take several seconds. Also, if the out-of-the box data is not populated and the clients log on to Self Service, they might receive an error message.
