Responding to change requests


You can track the date and time when you have responded to the initiator by using the Responded feature.

To respond to a change request

  1. Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
  2. From the View menu, select Change Requests.
  3. From the list of change requests, select the change request for which you want to add the responded action.
  4. From the Actions menu, select Responded.
     The Responded Date field is filled with the system date and time when you click Responded.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
