Upgrading to CMDB 2.0

If you have upgraded to BMC Remedyforce 20.14.01, to use CMDB 2.0, you must perform the steps in this section. If you have a new installation of BMC Remedyforce 20.14.01 or later, CMDB 2.0 is available by default, and you can skip this section. If the Remedyforce Administration tab displays the Configure CMDB 1.0 tile, which contains the CMDB 2.0 Upgrade option, you are using CMDB 1.0.
