Troubleshooting issues related to Service Health
The following table lists the issues related to Service Health:
Issue | Resolution |

You cannot see any services after clicking the Remedyforce Service Health tab or the Service Health tile in Self Service. | Services are not linked to your client or client's account. For this, contact your system administrator. |
After creating a service outage, on clicking the Service Health tile in Self Service, you can see the state of the service as Available. | To see the correct status of a service, ensure that the Display in Self Service check box is selected for the service outage. For this, perform the following steps:
