Populating the demo data

You can populate the demo data on the Getting Started tab. To populate the demo data successfully, you must have at least 4 Salesforce Platform licenses available. These licenses are used to create the demo users while populating the demo data. The demo users are assigned the ServiceDesk Staff permission set.
