Creating email alerts

You can create email alerts that you can associate with workflows and approvals.

  1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
  2. On the Home page, click the Manage Workflows and Other Processes tile, and from the menu select Email Alerts.
  3. To create a new email alert, click New Email Alert.
