Configuring QuickViews on the Remedyforce Dashboard tab

The Remedyforce Dashboard tab displays QuickViews that are provided out-of-the-box. You can create custom QuickViews based on your business requirements.

The following video (2:33) provides an overview to BMC Remedyforce Quickviews which enables you to view predefined Quickviews and Personalize My Dashboard.
