Verifying the self-upgrade or automatic upgrade of your organization

After you have self-upgraded to the latest version of BMC Remedyforce or BMC has automatically upgraded your organization, an entry is automatically added to the Installed Packages table.

1. Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages.
2. In the Installed Packages table, in the Version Number column, check the version number of BMC Remedyforce.
   For example, the following figure shows the version number of the installed BMC Remedyforce package on a Salesforce organization.
