Assigning licenses to staff members and clients
When the users are created, you must assign a license to them for BMC Remedyforce.
Note
You cannot assign licenses to staff members and client users in a sandbox organization.
To assign a license to staff members and clients
- Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
- On the Home page, click the Manage Users tile, and from the menu select Manage Remedyforce Licenses.
- In the Action column next to the BMC Remedyforce package, click Manage Licenses.
- Click Add Users.
- Select the credentials of the user that were sent in the email message.
- Click Add.
