Managing roles


You can build hierarchy in your organization by using roles.

To add a role

  1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
  2. On the Home page, click the Manage Users tile, and from the menu select Roles.
    For more information about adding a role, see Salesforce Help.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
