Displaying knowledge articles segregated by categories
In Self Service 3.0, the self-help articles are displayed under categories and you can sort the list based on the title of the articles.
Prerequisites:
- Configure categories and link to the knowledge articles.
To display the knowledge articles under the respective categories, perform the following steps:
- Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
- On the Home page, click the Configure Self Service tile, and from the menu select General Self Service Settings.
- To display the suggested knowledge articles and the service requests, select the Display knowledge articles segregated by categories check box.
Click Save.

You can click the Expand
icon to enlarge the knowledge article window.
