Creating email alerts
You can create email alerts that you can associate with workflows and approvals.
- Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
- On the Home page, click the Manage Workflows and Other Processes tile, and from the menu select Email Alerts.
- To create a new email alert, click New Email Alert.
